A: For most headstones, once every 12 to 24 months is sufficient. However, if the stone is under trees, shaded, or exposed to heavy moisture, more frequent cleaning may be helpful to prevent moss and lichen buildup.
A: No. We use only soft brushes, hand tools, and D/2 Biological Solution—a product trusted by the Department of Veterans Affairs and used at Arlington National Cemetery. We never use power washers, bleach, or abrasives that could cause permanent damage.
A: In most cases, no. Headstone cleaning is generally allowed, especially when performed by professionals using approved methods. If a cemetery has special rules or access restrictions, we’ll handle communication and make sure we’re in compliance.
A: Absolutely. Many of our clients live in other states. We offer before-and-after photos, location confirmations, and regular updates for peace of mind.
A: Each appointment includes a full surface cleaning, safe biological treatment, light scrubbing, rinsing, and optional debris removal around the marker. We’ll send you a follow-up with photos and notes for proof of services rendered.
A: Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind and can provide proof of coverage upon request.
A: We’re happy to assess any stone. While we can’t repair cracks or structural damage, we can gently clean even severely stained stones and offer recommendations if restoration is needed beyond surface cleaning.
A: Yes! We offer prepaid services that make thoughtful gifts, especially for memorial anniversaries, holidays, or tributes to veterans.
